Computer Infrastructure Support Services (CISS) is comprised of 4 distinct units, which provide technical support to the entire University. Systems Services administers the University email and web servers, LDAP and Active Directory, along with a number of other servers and services. Workstation Support provides desktop support for the President's Office, Provost's Office, and CTSG. Lab Support manages the 5 Residence Hall uLabs and the STV 250 uLab. The University Computer Help Desk provides walk-in and phone support to all students and faculty/staff for home computers.
